Pedro Monjo Cerdá

Qualified in Law at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Member of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands (ICAIB), with registration number 573 in 1971.

He joined the firm in 1971, and now has more than 40 years of experience.

One of his specialist fields is offering comprehensive advice to non-residents on real estate investments, while also excelling at Civil Law (Urban Rentals, Spanish Horizontal Property Law, Family Law, Inheritance), Criminal Law and Commercial Law.

He has been on the governing body of the ICAIB since 2008, and has also been the Delegate in Menorca since 1980.

Masters degree in Taxation Law at the University Pompeu Fabra (2004-2005)

Has been part of the Monjo Abogados firm since 2005

She offers her services in the legal department of Mahón as a Court Appointed Lawyer in the Civil Law field since 2011, covering the following aspects: general Civil Law, Family Law, Urban rentals and Horizontal Property Law; and, as of 2014, she also works in the field of Criminal Law, on both a general basis as well as in expedited trials.

She specialises in real estate investment for non-residents and in Family Law, bringing divorce actions, requests for modification of measures, as well as enforcement of judgements…

Other areas of practice for her are Criminal Law, basic Taxation Law for non-residents, Horizontal Property Law, Contracts and Rentals etc.

She is a Property Administrator, registered at the Balearic Association of Property Administration with the number 879 in 2012.
